"Studying is great, experience is better. Reading that rabble with make you think one way when the Galaxy is actually another way." The Kel-Dor shook his head at the young Padawan. He could already see that the Padawan was eager to learn, but he was learning from the wrong sources. It was silly, these books and holocrons that they give you offer you nothing in the ways of practicality of the Force. Malus suspected however that the Young Jedi did not adhere so greatly to the teachings of the Jedi Order, as many Jedi found themselves slipping from the dogma of the Jedi Order.
The Jedi Order had not found itself at such a crossroads since the time of the Clone Wars, it had been decades, near a century that Jedi had found themselves at the forefront of conflict and enforcing order throughout the Galaxy. The Imperial-Republic War had dwindled their numbers but the Jedi found themselves more and more force sensitives throughout the galaxy, a good thing for the Jedi but also a bad thing...not everyone was going to believe in the Jedi way...even when taken from birth. "Good, we do have a mission and it's on Coruscant so we won't go far from your precious books. We've got a situation developing outside of the Senate building where protests have formed. Come my Padawan, let us make our way to the Senate building." Malus motioned for his Padawan to follow.
